At Alloy Digital Systems LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your data from our systems, including data associated with your ChairSense account, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

privacy@alloydigitalsystems.com

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A brief description of the data you would like deleted

What Happens Next

  • We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
  • Once verified, we will process your deletion request within 30 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
  • Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).

Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting data deletion.
  • Deletion of your data from our systems does not affect data held by third-party services (e.g., Stripe). You may need to contact those services separately.
